This website is operated by Groupie.Top. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Groupie.Top. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein. 3. PRODUCTS - PHYSICAL GOODS
All products listed on Groupie.Top are physical products. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products that we offer.
4. PRICING AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.
5. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and shipping address, so we can complete your transactions.
An order is not accepted until we send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity.
6. SHIPPING - US ONLY
Groupie.Top currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. Groupie.Top is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, or for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
7. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at freight.vessels@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items marked as final sale, and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or washed.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days at freight.vessels@proton.me with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Groupie.Top, including text, graphics, logos, designs, product images, and product concepts, is the property of Groupie.Top and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
